This project included visual field assessments and information gathering at each bridge site. The individual ratings followed the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials’ Load and Resistance Factor Rating (“AASHTO LRFR”) and were provided for LADOTD design and legal vehicles.
Upon completion of the assessments and rating calculations, the ratings were presented to the City and LADOTD for review and implementation.
