Trigon is serving as the Prime consultant for the design and engineering of waterline replacements and new distribution system installations at two mobile home parks in St. Tammany Parish. The project consolidates the distressed systems at Tammany Mobile Home Park (MHP) and S&J Mobile Home & RV Park into the regional water system in Slidell, Louisiana, improving reliability and long-term service quality.
Services include permitting, utility coordination, procurement support, construction administration, and inspection. Working under an aggressive design and procurement schedule to meet grant funding requirements, Trigon successfully delivered the project within required timelines while ensuring a compliant, efficient transition to the regional system.
