Trigon Associates served as a major subcontractor on the USAID infrastructure program with the West Bank/Gaza Mission, providing A&E services throughout the program. Trigon also held many of the key program-level positions. The INP II made infrastructure and capacity improvements necessary to promote economic growth and improve the quality of life for Palestinians; developed the professional skills of local engineers, construction managers, and contractors in the infrastructure sector; and created skilled and unskilled jobs for local workers.
