As part of USAID’s Architect-Engineer Services contract for the Bien Hoa Airbase Dioxin Remediation Project—the largest dioxin remediation effort in Vietnam and a flagship symbol of U.S.–Vietnam partnership—Trigon was asked to expand its scope to lead the design of a permanent exhibition at the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition highlights bilateral collaboration in Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) action, environmental remediation, and support for persons with disabilities, reinforcing decades of joint effort to address the enduring consequences of war.
Serving as Project Manager for a multicultural, multi-corporate team, Trigon guided the exhibition from concept through preliminary design, coordinating closely with USAID, the Government of Vietnam, and museum leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, cultural alignment, and schedule control. The result is a modern, internationally relevant exhibition framework that elevates the narrative from legacy to partnership—demonstrating on both a national and global stage how engineering, diplomacy, and development can work together to overcome complex post-conflict challenges and build a shared future.
