Trigon led drainage improvements for Casril Drive and surrounding neighborhoods in Mandeville, Louisiana—an area impacted by recurring flooding caused by heavy rainfall and undersized infrastructure. As Prime Consultant, Trigon delivered hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis, preliminary and final design, cost estimating, permitting, and construction-phase support.
Using advanced modeling and field data, the team identified system deficiencies and developed sustainable, cost-effective solutions that enhanced stormwater conveyance and reduced flood risk. Designs were prepared in accordance with LADOTD standards and local regulatory requirements, with close coordination among Parish representatives and community stakeholders to ensure practical, buildable results.
From analysis through construction support, Trigon provided a resilient drainage solution that improved roadway access, protected property, and established a stronger foundation for long-term stormwater management in Mandeville.ormwater management, mitigate flooding risks, and enhance roadway and property resilience—creating lasting benefits for the Mandeville community.
