Trigon was a primary subcontractor on this contract to Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) to prepare a pre-disaster hazard mitigation plan for each of the ten (10) campuses to be used to reduce potential losses from future disasters. Services included technical plan writing; technical assistance during plan development; data collection, generation, and incorporation for a detailed Level 2 GIS risk analysis; and creation of mitigation strategy to be presented to BRCC for review, comment, and determination; and hazard maps and asset maps of each campus.
